PAYMENT AND SHIPPING CHARGES

I accept the following methods of payment:
  • Cash
  • Online banking/transfer - Transfer to Ang Ai Leen 1040 1307 2393 (Bank Muamalat)
  • Cheque - Addressed to Ang Ai Leen
  • Paypal
  • For consignment and distribution– An agreed form of payment would be arranged separately

As I place importance on personalization, do email me first to agree on the most convenient method of payment for you. All orders are delivered via Registered Mail.

For Domestic deliveries within Malaysia:

  • Postage within East Malaysia RM 15 and Peninsular Malaysia RM 12
  • Allow 7-10 days for delivery within Malaysia after a successful transaction

For International deliveries outside of Malaysia:

  • International postage cost for South East Asia USD 19, Asian countries USD 35, Australasia USD 43 and all other countries USD 50.
  • Allow two-three weeks for delivery outside of Malaysia after a successful transaction.
  • If for any reason your order cannot be sent, you will be notified immediately.
